This four-masted boat, crafted by Vertrum Lowe, is modeled after the MARIE J. THOMPSON, the largest sailboat ever built in the Bahamas by William E. Roberts in 1921.

The model along with the upright dinghy, was gifted to the museum by Jeannie Maura.
